“Fabric of Time” is carved from butternut, lacquered and polished by hand. Butternut supplies have been depleted and it seems that it is now unavailable for projects of this magnitude. A top of the line Hermle cable driven chime system enables you to choose from Westminster, St, Michael’s or Whittingdon melodies and comes with an automatic night shut off.  Alternate twisted brass and stainless rods hang the ten inch embossed Lyre pendulum. The large moon dial has a brass finished back plate, raised numbers and lunar arch.

If a tree could count its rings how would it share its life’s lessons? Would it tell of the book of knowledge cradled in the lush growth ready to be shared? Or would it tell of the hand reaching out to acknowledge the need, passing the gift forward to the worn boot caught in the poor vegetation?

Would it tell that the passing of knowledge through time would encourage healing and new lush growth?
